摘要
目的研究过氧化氢银离子消毒剂对江苏省口腔医院牙周科的口腔科综合治疗台水路系统的微生物污染的控制效果。方法选取牙周科4台椅位进行3 d/次的管道消毒,共6 d。消毒前后分别采集三用枪、漱口位、超声洁治机柄出水口的水样10 m L在R2A培养基上进行菌落培养,统计消毒前后菌落密度,数据用SPSS 19.0进行统计分析。结果消毒前三用枪、漱口位、高速手机3个位点出水的平均菌落密度分别为34 425、13 116.67、42 858.33 CFU/m L,无统计学差异。消毒之后灭菌率在92%~100%,且3个位点的消毒效果无统计学差异。合格率在消毒结束当天早晨平均为91.67%,但消毒结束后第3天早晨,合格率仅为45.83%。结论应用过氧化氢银离子消毒剂对口腔科综合治疗台水路系统微生物污染改善效果显著,但持久性方面有欠缺。
Objective To observe the contamination control of microorganisms in dental unit waterlines after using the disinfectant agent containing hydrogen peroxide and silver ion in Stomatological Department of Department of Periodontics in Jiangsu Stomatological Hospital. Methods 4 dental units in the Department of Periodontics were chosen to install disinfection devices and disinfected every three days in six days. Before and after the disinfection,10 ml water samples were collected from the operator's three-in-one air/water syringe,ultrasonic scaler waterlines and water for rinsing the mouth,and cultured on R2 A ager plates. The Colony-Forming Units were recorded,compared with 500 CFU/ml,and the data were analyzed with SPSS 19.0. Results Before the application of disinfectant,the bacterial colony reached to 34 425 CFU/ml from air/water syringe,42 858. 33 CFU/ml from ultrasonic scalers waterline and13 116.67 CFU/ml from rinse water,there was no significant difference in bacterial colony among water samples before disinfection. After using the disinfectant agent,the sterilization rates ranged from 92% to 100% and no significant difference was discovered among them. The percent of pass on the morning after disinfection was 91.67%. However,on the third morning after disinfection,the level of bacterial colony was only 45.83%. Conclusion The disinfection effect of disinfectant within hydrogen peroxide and silver ion is significant but the maintenance of microorganisms in dental unit waterlines is not so good.
