摘要
本文在以海藻酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠钙、碳酸钙和D-葡萄糖酸-δ-内酯为成膜的基本材料中添加适量桃胶粉,将水溶性淀粉、葡萄糖作为填充材料,研制出一款新型桃胶软膜粉。通过单因素及正交试验优化配方,以综合得分为依据,得到新型桃胶软膜粉的最优配方为海藻酸钠7%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠钙8%、碳酸钙4%、D-葡萄糖酸-δ-内酯1.5%、桃胶粉4%、葡萄糖为30%以及水溶性淀粉45.5%。该比例下配制的软膜粉加水混合均匀后,对软膜面膜各项指标及成膜参数进行测评,发现桃胶软膜粉混匀后成膜时间短,膜体湿润光滑、强度高、成膜性好,是一款具有补水、抗氧化性能的软膜面膜。
Sodium alginate,disodium calcium EDTA,calcium carbonate and D-Gluconic acid-δ-Lactone were used in this paper as the basic material for film-forming,adding an appropriate amount of peach gum powder,water-soluble starch and glucose as filling materials,a new peach gum soft film powder was developed.The formula was optimized by single factor and orthogonal test.Based on the comprehensive score,the optimal formula of the new peach gum soft film powder is sodium alginate 7%,disodium EDTA calcium 8%,calcium carbonate 4%,D-Gluconic acid-δ-Lactone 1.5%,peach gum powder 4%,glucose 30%,water-soluble starch 45.5%.The soft film powder prepared by the ratio is evenly mixed with water,and the indexes and film forming parameters of the soft film mask are evaluated.It was found that peach film is short and has short film forming time,and its film is smooth,high strength and good film forming ability.It is a soft facial mask with water supplement and oxidation resistance.
