摘要
目的探究甘精胰岛素联合甲巯咪唑治疗2型糖尿病合并甲亢的安全性。方法选取2020年11月—2021年10月该院收治的94例糖尿病伴甲亢患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,对照组实行甘精胰岛素+格列美脲片治疗,研究组实行甘精胰岛素+甲疏咪唑,对比两组患者血糖控制情况,糖代谢紊乱、低血糖、甲亢高代谢的发生情况,胰岛素使用剂量、血糖控制达标时间、住院时间等。结果研究组不同时间节点血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血糖控制达标时间住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病合并甲亢病症治疗期间,选择甘精胰岛素联合甲巯咪唑治疗方案,应用价值显著,安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the safety of insulin glargine combined with methimazole in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperthyroidism.Methods 94 patients with diabetes and hyperthyroidism admitted to the hospital from November 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with insulin glargine+glimepiride tablets,and the study group was treated with insulin glargine+methylmizole.The blood glucose control,the occurrence of glucose metabolism disorder,hypoglycemia and hyperthyroidism,the dosage of insulin,the time to reach the standard of blood glucose control,and the length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose level in the study group was lower than that in the control group at different time points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The curative effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time to reach the blood glucose control standard and the length of hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperthyroidism,the choice of insulin glargine combined with methimazole therapy has significant application value and high safety.
