摘要
为了实现对大动态范围信号的高精度幅度信息获取,基于时间交替采样技术,研制1 GS/s、16 bit高速高分辨率数据采集系统,功能测试发现:当输入模拟信号中含有较大直流分量时,输出采样数据波形会发生振荡问题。研究时间交替采样技术,确认偏置误差是导致振荡问题发生的原因。设置ADC工作在实时校正误差模式,结合离线校正算法,解决采样数据的振荡问题,对比偏置误差校正前后的时域波形和频谱,验证校正算法的有效性。测试结果表明,研制的数据采集系统实现了对大动态范围信号的单信道高精度测量功能。
In order to obtain high precision amplitude information of large dynamic range signals to be sampled,a 1 GS/s,16 bit high-speed and high-precision data acquisition system is designed based on the time-interleaved sampling technology.Through tests,it is found that if the input analog signal contains a large DC component,the output sampled data waveform will oscillate.It is confirmed that the bias error is the cause of oscillation.By setting the ADC to work in the real-time error correction mode,combined with the off-line correction algorithm,the oscillation problem of sampled data is solved,and the time-domain waveform and spectrum before and after correction are compared to verify the effectiveness of the correction algorithms.The test results show that the designed data acquisition system realizes the function of single channel high-precision measurement of large dynamic range signals.
