摘要
目的探讨虚拟仿真技术在妇产科实践教学中的应用和效果。方法选取中国医科大学附属盛京医院2019—2020学年度参加生产实习的学生120名,随机将学生分为试验组(n=60,采用虚拟仿真实验教学法)和对照组(n=60,采用传统教学法)。教学结束后,通过出科考核评估教学效果,并对试验组进行教学满意度调查。结果试验组学生的实践考核成绩明显高于对照组;问卷调查结果显示,虚拟仿真教学系统能够提高学生的学习兴趣,锻炼学生的自主学习能力、沟通能力,提高临床操作技能的精准度和熟练度等。结论基于虚拟仿真的实验教学法在妇产科实践教学中具有明显的优势,值得进一步推广。
Objective To explore the application and effect of virtual simulation technology in the practice teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology.Methods A total of 120 students from Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University who participated in production practice in the academic year of 2019 to 2020 were selected,and the students were randomly divided into the experi-mental group(taught by virtual simulation experiment teaching method)and the control group(taught by traditional teaching method),with 60 students in each group.After the teaching,the teaching effect was evaluated through the examination on completion of the course,and teaching satisfaction survey was conducted for the experimental group.Results The assessment of practical performance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control methods.The questionnaire survey showed that virtual simulation teaching system can improve students'learning interest,independent learning ability and communication ability,and promote the accuracy and proficiency of clinical operation skills.Conclusion The experimental teaching method based on virtual simulation has obvious advantages in the practical teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology,and is worth further promotion.
