摘要
前沿研究主要关注要素集聚对区域创新的影响,却普遍忽视创新要素集聚空间演化趋势,以及对区域创新产出的空间效应和作用范围检验。文章利用2006—2017年286个地级市面板数据,结合空间计量模型,考察创新要素集聚空间演化趋势,检验创新要素集聚对区域创新产出的影响及空间作用范围。研究发现:第一,中国创新要素主要集聚在直辖市和部分省会城市,并逐渐形成以城市群为区域范围的集聚趋势,但创新人员集聚范围明显超过创新资本集聚范围。第二,创新资本和创新人员集聚有助于本地和关联地区创新产出水平的提升,京津冀、珠三角和长三角城市群作用较明显;第三,不同城市群创新要素集聚的空间作用特征差异显著,京津冀、珠三角和长三角城市群创新人员集聚的最强作用范围为200千米、150千米和175千米,成渝城市群在125千米范围内作用明显;珠三角和长三角城市群创新资本集聚空间效应在125千米和100千米范围内作用突出。第四,珠三角和长三角城市群创新要素集聚有助于提升本地创新质量,且创新人员集聚有利于提高关联地区创新质量,长三角城市群作用程度最大。京津冀、珠三角和长三角城市群创新要素集聚对本地协同创新作用较大,创新人员集聚对协同创新的空间效应在京津冀和长三角城市群较强。
Literature focuses on the impact of factor agglomeration on regional innovation,but generally ignores the spatial evolution trend of innovation factor agglomeration, as well as the test of spatial effect and scope of regional innovation output. Based on the panel data of 286 prefecture level cities from 2006 to 2017, combined with the spatial econometric model,this paper examines the spatial evolution trend of innovation factor agglomeration, and the impact of innovation factor agglomeration on regional innovation output and its spatial scope.The findings are as follows. Firstly, China’s innovation elements are mainly concentrated in municipalities and some provincial capitals, and gradually form a trend of agglomeration with urban agglomeration as the regional scope, but the agglomeration scope of innovation personnel is obviously larger than that of innovation capital. Secondly, the agglomeration of innovative capital and innovative personnel is conducive to the improvement of innovation output level in local and related regions, and the role of Beijing Tianjin Hebei, Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is more obvious. Thirdly, there are significant differences in the spatial function characteristics of the agglomeration of innovation elements among different urban agglomerations. the strongest function range of the agglomeration of innovators in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei, Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations is 200 km, 150 km and 175 km, while Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomerations play an obvious role within 125 km;The spatial effect of innovation capital agglomeration in Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is prominent in the range of 125 km and 100 km. Fourthly, the agglomeration of innovation elements in the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration helps to improve the quality of local innovation, and the agglomeration of innovators is conducive to improve the quality of innovation in related regions, and
