摘要
缺血性脑损伤是国内外致死率极高的疾病,备受学者的广泛关注。在缺血性脑损伤中会出现缺血级联反应,除给予溶栓抗凝治疗外,还需神经保护治疗。葛根素是中药葛根中提取的异黄酮类活性成分,具有抗氧化应激、抗炎、抗凋亡、调控自噬的作用。临床研究显示,葛根素在治疗缺血性脑损伤上显示出良好的神经保护作用,其机制可能与抗氧化应激、抗炎、抗氧化应激和调控自噬有关。本文就葛根素的神经保护机制研究现状予以综述,以期为缺血性脑损伤疾病的治疗提供理论依据,为临床应用提供参考。
Ischemic brain injury is widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad for its highly mortality.In addition to thrombolytic and anticoagulant therapy,neuroprotective therapy is also needed for ischemic cascade reaction in ischemic brain injury.Puerarin is an isoflavone active ingredient extracted from radix pueraria,which has the effects of anti-oxidative stress,anti-inflammatory factor,anti-apoptosis.Clinical studies have shown that puerarin has a good neuroprotective effect in the treatment of ischemic brain injury,and its mechanism may be related to anti-oxidative stress,anti-inflammatory response,antioxidant stress and autophagy regulation.This paper reviews the research status of neuroprotective mechanism of puerarin,in order to provide theoretical basis for ischemic brain injury and provide reference for clinical application.
