摘要
目的:观察经皮椎间孔镜BEI S技术治疗合并腰椎侧凸的老年腰椎退行性疾病的临床效果。方法:选取2017年4月—2020年2月北京市仁和医院收治的105例合并腰椎侧凸的老年腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)和腰椎管狭窄症(LSS)患者。所有患者均采取椎间孔镜BEIS技术治疗。结果:患者术后,疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分逐渐降低,日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分逐渐升高。与术前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);90例患者(有15例失访)治疗优良率为82.2%(74/90)。结论:采用经皮椎间孔镜BEIS技术治疗合并腰椎侧凸的老年腰椎退行性疾病,效果较好,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the clinical value of percutaneous foraminal endoscopic beis in the treatment of patients with senile lumbar degenerative diseases complicated with lumbar scoliosis.Methods From April 2017 to February 2020,the treatment of cases with senile lumbar disc herniation(LDH)and lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS)with lumbar scoliosis was studied.105 patients treated in our hospital were treated with intervertebral foraminal lens beis technology.Results After surgery,the pain visual analog scale(VAS)score gradually decreased,and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association Assessment and Treatment(JOA)score gradually increased.Compared with preoperative,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);90 patients(15 lost to follow-up)had an excellent and good rate of 82.2%(74/90).Conclusion Percutaneous foraminal endoscopic beis technique is effective in the treatment of senile lumbar degenerative diseases complicated with lumbar scoliosis.
