摘要
目的探究采用优质护理应用于腰椎间盘突出症行椎间孔镜髓核摘除术后患者护理工作中对患者生活质量、肢体功能以及疾病认知造成的影响。方法在我院数据库中选择时间段2018年1月至2019年1月中收入的所有腰椎间盘突出症行椎间孔镜髓核摘除术后患者的一般资料进行分析,选择其中符合实验要求患者100例,纳入研究开展实验。通过随机分组法,将所有患者分为比对组(n=50)与优质组(n=50)。比对组患者应用常规护理方案优质组患者则在此基础上加用优质护理,对比比对组和优质组患者的肢体功能状况、疾病认知以及生活质量,评价护理效果。结果实验结果显示,优质组患者的合理饮食和疾病认知评分较比对组明显更高,优质组患者的生活质量评分为(89.4±5.6)分,明显高于比对组(61.9±6.1)分,各数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时优质组患者的肢体功能水平较比对组来说更趋于正常,同时优质组患者的疼痛数据评分较比对组明显更低,说明优质组患者疼痛感弱于比对组间,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行护理时,应用优质护理,可以有效改善患者的临床症状,增强患者的整体治疗效果,也能够促使患者在康复期间享受到高质量的知道,提高应用的整体水平,值得推广。
Objective to explore effect of quality nursing on life quality,limb function and disease cognition of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods analyze general data of all patients with lumbar disc herniation with operation of nucleus pulposus under intervertebral foramen scope in database of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.Divide them into control group(n=50)and quality group(n=50)by random grouping method.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and quality group with high-quality nursing on the basis.Compare physical function,disease cognition and life quality of two groups,and evaluate nursing effect.Results experimental results showed that reasonable diet and disease cognition scores of patients in quality group were significantly higher than control group.Life quality scores of quality group were(89.4±5.6),significantly higher than control group(61.9±6.1),and data were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,limb function level of quality group was closer to normal level than group,pain data scores of quality group were significantly lower control group,indicating that pain perception of quality group was weaker than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion during nursing patients with lumbar disc herniation,quality nursing can improve clinical symptoms of patients effectively,enhance overall treatment effect,promote patients in recovery period with high-quality knowledge,and improve overall application level,which is worthy of promotion.
