摘要
以过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,玉米淀粉、丙烯酰胺、氢氧化铁胶体为原料,合成一种新型淀粉基两性絮凝剂,利用红外光谱仪、扫描电镜、热重分析仪对产物的官能团、微观形貌和失重率进行测试与表征,同时考察吸附时间、絮凝剂用量和温度对Cr(Ⅵ)去除率的影响。结果表明:两性絮凝剂是表面褶皱、多孔立体结构、热稳定性良好的材料,含有氨基、羟基、醛基等活性基团;增加絮凝剂加入量、延长吸附时间及提高温度有利于提高Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率,去除率最高可达95.4%。
A new starch-based amphoteric flocculant is synthesized using ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as initiators, and corn starch, acrylamide and ferric hydroxide colloid as raw materials. Functional groups,microscopic morphology and mass loss rate are tested and characterized, and the effects of adsorption time,flocculant concentration and temperature on Cr(Ⅵ) removal rate are also investigated. The results show that the amphoteric flocculant is a material with wrinkled surface, porous three-dimensional structure and good thermal stability, and contains active groups such as amino group, hydroxyl group and aldehyde group. Increasing the amount of flocculant, prolonging the adsorption time and increasing the temperature are beneficial to improve the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ), and the removal rate can reach up to 95.4%.
