摘要
产业学院是深化职业教育改革的有效措施,是实现产教融合、校企合作的重要载体,也是“双高计划”的重要建设内容,“双高计划”赋予了产业学院新的多维内涵和目标取向。当前,产业学院在校企协同育人中存在职责不清、效果不明、保障不足等问题,需要从厘清职责定位、做好工学设计、严把质量红线和建立长效机制四个方面入手,寻求破解产业学院发展困境的有效路径。
Industrial College is an effective measure to deepen the reform of vocational education and the embodiment to realize the integration of industry-education and school-enterprise cooperation,more than it is also an important part of the"double high plan",the"double high plan"endows the new multi-dimensional connotation and goal orientation to industrial colleges.Currently there are some problems in collaborative education of industrial college,such as unclear responsibility,unclear effect,insufficient guarantee and so on.Clear responsibility,engineering design,talent training quality and Long-term mechanism are the efficient paths to solve the development dilemma of industrial college.
