摘要
芦笋是一种重要的功能型蔬菜,富含丰富的芦笋多糖、黄酮类化合物、维生素、蛋白质和甾体皂苷等物质,在防治癌症、免疫调节、降血糖血脂、抗衰老和抗疲劳等方面具有良好的功效。我国是世界上最大的芦笋生产国,病毒病成为芦笋生产上重要的病害。目前,在世界各地芦笋种植区均可发现芦笋病毒病,病毒感染是造成芦笋产量、质量下降的重要原因之一。芦笋病毒主要包括天门冬1号病毒(AV-1)、天门冬2号病毒(AV-2)、天门冬3号病毒(AV-3)、黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)以及烟草条纹病毒(TSV)等。为芦笋抗病毒基因的发掘及抗病毒育种提供参考,文章综述了天门冬1号病毒(AV-1)和天门冬2号病毒(AV-2)等主要病毒的基因组结构、危害、传播途径、检测方法以及防治措施等方面的研究进展,并提出今后应加强抗病毒资源鉴定、筛选与利用以及进行病毒的致病和抗病分子机制等方面的研究。
Asparagus officinalis L. is an important functional vegetable. It is rich in the substances such as polysaccharides,flavonoids, vitamins, proteins, and steroidal saponins, which has good effects on cancer prevention, immune regulation,hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic, anti-aging, and anti-fatigue. China is the largest country producing asparagus. Virus disease has become an important disease in asparagus production. Virus has been found in asparagus growing areas all over the world, viral infections are one of the important reasons causing decrease of yield and quality of asparagus. The major viruses of asparagus include Asparagus virus 1( AV-1), Asparagus virus 2(AV-2), Asparagus virus 3(AV-3), Cucumber mosaic virus(CMV), and Tobacco stripe virus(TSV). In this paper, progres of research on genome structure,harmness, rouate of transmission, detection methods, and control measures were summarized in order to provide theoretical reference for the discovery of antiviral genes and antiviral breeding of asparagus, and the viewpoints that identification, selection, and utilization of virus-resistant germplasm should be enhanced, and research on the molecular mechanism of virus pathogenisis and host resistance should be conducted in the future were presented.
