摘要
对芦笋茎枯病病株进行了病原菌分离鉴定,明确其病原菌为天门冬拟茎点菌[Phomopsis asparagi(Sacc.)Bubak]。对病菌生物学特性的研究结果表明:不同的营养、温度、pH等条件对菌丝生长和孢子萌发有显著影响。病菌菌丝的生长以PSA培养基为最适;适宜温度为20~30℃,最适温度为25℃;最适pH值为6.0,光照对菌丝生长没有明显的促进作用,菌丝致死温度为60℃10min。病菌分生孢子在加番茄汁的培养液中的萌发率明显优于其他培养液,其中以麦芽糖番茄汁中分生孢子萌发率最高;分生孢子萌发适宜温度为15~30℃,最适温度20℃;最适pH值为9~10,光照对孢子萌发没有明显的促进作用,分生孢子致死温度为50℃10min。
Phomopsis asparagi (Sacc.)Bubak, the pathogen of asparagus stem blight was isolated from asparagus in Shenyang. The biological research results showed that different media, temperature and pH had significant effects on mycelial growth and spore germination of the pathogen. The best medium for mycelial growth was PSA, the proper temperature was from 20℃ to 30℃ and the optimal temperature for hyphalgrowth was 25℃, the optimal pH was 6, illumination had no effect on mycelial growth. The mycelia could not survive above 60℃ by 10min. The spore germination test showed that the medial with tomato juice were better than those without tomato juice, and the best nutrient was maltose with tomato juice, The proper temperature was from 15℃ to 30℃ and the optimal temperature was 20℃. The optimal pH was from 9 to 10. Illumination had no effect on spore germination, Spore could not germinate above 50℃ by 10min.
