摘要
山西省是我国果品生产的重要基地之一,通过从生产规模、区域布局、树种结构、产业功能等方面深入分析山西省果树产业发展现状,剖析果业发展中存在的问题:标准化、组织化程度较低,产品质量不高,果品价格低迷,精深加工少,产业链条短,产品层次低,市场竞争力不强,经济效益不高等,旨在为山西省果树产业高质量发展提供参考依据。基于现阶段我国果树产业处在转型发展期,山西在“十四五”规划中明确提出了果树“特”“优”高质量转型发展战略,以精深加工为支撑,全面推进乡村振兴,提升农民的幸福感,需要突破区域布局、品种选育、高效优质栽培、重大病虫防治防控、采后贮藏及保鲜、精深加工商品化处理及出口示范地建设等关键性技术问题;具体发展建议包括:深挖果业新功能,优化果树品种结构,加强实施品牌战略,规范良种苗木繁育体系,推广高效栽培模式、化肥农药双减增效技术、节本增效技术,加强突发事件预警应急机制建设,加强产后设施建设,延伸产业链,加强出口平台建设等。
Shanxi province is one of the important areas of fruit production in China. The current situation of development the fruit industry in Shanxi province was deeply analyzed through the aspects of the scale of production, regional distribution, the structure of tree species, and industrial function. Some problems in the development of the fruit industry were dissected, such as low degree of standardization and organization, low quality of products, low price of fruits, less intensive processing, short industrial chain, low level of products, weak market competitiveness, and low economic benefits, and the purpose is to provide references for the high-quality development of fruit industry in Shanxi province. Based on the stage of transformation and development of China’s fruit industry, Shanxi put forward the high-quality transformation and development strategy of fruit trees with the characteristics of "special" and "excellent" in the "14th Five-year plan" to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and enhance farmers’ well-being with the support of intensive processing. It is necessary to break through the key technical issues, such as regional distribution, variety breeding, high-efficiency and high-quality cultivation, prevention and control of major diseases and pests, post-harvest storage and preservation, and commercialization of intensive processing, and construction of export demonstration sites. Specific developmental suggestions included: deeply mining new functions of the fruit industry,optimizing the variety structure of fruit trees, strengthening the brand strategy, standardizing the breeding system of improved varieties and seedlings, extending the efficient cultivation modes and the technology of reduction of chemical fertilizers and pesticides and increase of efficiency, the saving cost and increasing efficiency technology, strengthening the construction of emergency warning and response mechanism, strengthening the construction of post-production facilities, extending the industrial chain, a
