摘要
目的:分析不同剂量干扰素α-2b雾化吸入治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年1月成都市中西医结合医院收治的80例病毒性肺炎患儿。使用随机数字表法将患儿分为常规组及研究组各40例。常规组患儿给予雾化吸入干扰素α-2b按照2μg/kg的剂量治疗,研究组患儿雾化吸入干扰素α-2b按照4μg/kg剂量治疗。在治疗后,评定比较两组患儿临床疗效、血小板生成能力、免疫球蛋白IgG、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平。结果:治疗后,研究组患儿临床总有效率(95.00%)高于常规组(77.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿血小板计数、平均血小板水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患儿血小板计数(151.47±10.29)×10^(9)/L、平均血小板比例(154.43±3.87)%低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿免疫球蛋白IgG、CRP、PCT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患儿免疫球蛋白IgG(13.98±3.16)g/L高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿CRP(30.28±3.01)mg/L、PCT(6.23±1.14)ng/mL低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论:使用4μg/kg干扰素α-2b雾化吸入治疗病毒性肺炎患儿能提升免疫功能,减轻炎症反应,提升临床治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b aerosol Inhalation on immunoglobulin,C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in children with viral pneumonia.Methods 80 children with viral pneumonia in Chengdu Integrated TCM&Western Medicine Hospital from January 1,2020 to January 1,2021 were selected,and randomly divided into two groups by computer,each with 40 cases.Routine group received Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b aerosol Inhalation at a concentration of 2μg/kg,while study group received Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Aerosol Inhalation at a concentration of 4μg/kg.Then the clinical efficacy,platelet production,immunoglobulin IgG,CRP and PCT levels were compared between two groups.Results The clinical efficacy rate of study group was higher than that of routine group(P<0.05).Baseline platelet count and mean platelet volume had no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the platelet count and mean platelet volume of study group were significantly lower than those of routine group(P<0.05).The pre-treatment IgG,CRP and PCT levels demonstrated no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,study group had significantly higher IgG and lower levels of CRP and PCT than those of routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of 4μg/kg recombinant human interferon α-2b aerosol inhalation in the treatment of viral pneumonia can effectively improve the immune function,attenuate inflammation reaction and improve the clinical outcomes.
