摘要
目的:考察有留守经历大学生的存在孤独对抑郁的影响及作用机制。方法:采用存在孤独量表、生命意义感量表、领悟到的社会支持量表以及症状自评量表抑郁分量表对465名大学生进行调查。结果:(1)相关分析显示,留守经历与存在孤独及抑郁呈正相关(r=0.22,0.26;P<0.001),与领悟到的社会支持及生命意义感呈负相关(r=-0.36,-0.21;P<0.001);存在孤独与抑郁呈正相关(r=0.55,P<0.001),与生命意义感及领悟社会支持呈负相关(r=-0.50,-0.55;P<0.001);(2)生命意义感在存在孤独与抑郁间起中介作用(95%CI:0.19~0.31);(3)领悟到的社会支持调节模型的直接效应(交乘项:β=-0.18,t=-6.47,P<0.001)以及中介效应的前半段(交乘项:β=0.07,t=-2.10,P<0.01)。结论:存在孤独可以直接预测抑郁,也可以通过生命意义感的中介作用间接预测抑郁,领悟到的社会支持可以缓解存在孤独对生命意义感和抑郁的影响。
Objective:To explore the impact of existential isolation on depression of college students with left-behind experience and its mechanism.Methods:A total of 465 college students were investigated with existential isolation scale, meaning in life scale, perceived social support scale and depression scale.Results:(1)Correlation analysis showed that left-behind experience was positively correlated with existential isolation and depression(r=0.22,0.26;P<0.001),and it was negatively correlated with meaning in life and perceived social support(r=-0.36,-0.21;P<0.001).Existential isolation was positively correlated with depression(r=0.55,P<0.001)and negatively correlated with meaning in life and perceived social support(r=-0.50,-0.55,P<0.001).(2)Existential isolation could predict depression through the mediating role of meaning in life(95%CI:0.19~0.31).(3)Perceived social support could regulate the direct effect(β=-0.18,t=-6.47,P<0.001)and the first half mediating effect(β=0.07,t=-2.10,P<0.01).Conclusion:Existential isolation can not only predicts depression directly, but also can predict depression through the mediating role of meaning in life.Moreover, perceived social support can moderate the effect of existential isolation on meaning in life and depression.
