摘要
新发展理念视域下探究辽宁省冰雪体育旅游产业的高质量发展具有重要的价值,主要表现在促进辽宁省冰雪体育旅游产业价值提升,以冰雪体育旅游产业带动其他产业同步发展,优化冰雪体育旅游产业的自然环境和运营环境,传承民族优秀冰雪体育文化方面。目前辽宁省冰雪体育旅游产业高质量发展仍然存在产业融合度不高,发展推动力不足、整体规划不合理,产业链布局不完善、资源利用效低,生态问题亟待改善、产业模式单一,多元化发展不足的困境。基于此,提出了提升内推动力,明确发展方向的创新发展思路、注重精品塑造,打造区域一体化的协调发展思路、注重资源整合,促进环境保护的绿色发展思路、注重顶层设计,加速多元化融合的开放发展思路、注重共建共享,促进均衡化发展的共享发展思路的发展策略。
It is very important to explore the high-quality development of the ice and snow sports tourism industry in Liaoning province from the perspective of new development concept.The value is mainly reflected in promoting the value improvement of Liaoning province’s ice and snow sports tourism industry,promoting the synchronous development of other industries with it,optimizing its natural and operational environment,and inheriting its outstanding national culture.At present,its high-quality development in Liaoning province still suffers from poor industrial integration,insufficient development impetus,unreasonable overall planning,imperfect industrial chain layout,inefficient use of resources,ecological problems that need to be improved,a single industrial model and insufficient diversified development.Based on this above,this paper puts forward a strategy to enhance the internal driving force,such as focus on top-level design to promote environmental protection of green development ideas,focus on resource integration to create regional integration of coordinated development ideas,focus on common construction and sharing to promote balanced development of shared development ideas,and focus on the shaping of high-quality products,clarify the development direction of innovative development ideas.
