摘要
通过分析传统航空发动机维修专业教学上场地有限、设备老旧、教学设施更新换代慢、教学成本等问题,针对性地开发了基于VegaPrime的虚拟维修训练系统,旨在突破时间和场地和环境的局限,通过认知学习、自主练习和考评模块的运用,实现了装备在理论、实践、维护、维修等方面的虚拟学习、协同训练和故障排除等,有效地提升和巩固教学效果和学习成果。系统采用模块化设计方法,基于线性拆装序列规划,解决零部件拆装约束的问题,虚拟维修可视化平台在教学方面的实际应用,为虚拟维修技术在职业院校维修领域的研究提供了新的思路。
This article through the analysis of traditional aircraft engine maintenance professional teaching in limited space,equipment upgrades slowly old,teaching facilities,teaching cost,targeted developed based on Vega Prime virtual maintenance training system,to break through the limitations of time and space and environment,through the use of cognitive learning,independent practice and evaluation module,Virtual learning,collaborative training and troubleshooting of equipment in theory,practice,maintenance,maintenance and other aspects are realized,which can effectively improve and consolidate the teaching effect and learning results.The research and application of this kind of technology in the maintenance field of vocational colleges is forecasted.
