摘要 针对目前部队及相关军事院校对武器装备维修培训的需求,结合虚拟现实技术的发展现状、系统结构特征设计了基于虚拟维修技术的装备维修培训系统总体方案;对其中的三维模型设计、维修过程设计、碰撞检测、交互方式等关键技术进行了分析与研究,实现了角色管理、虚拟维修演示与训练、维修信息记录等功能,涵盖学习、训练、评估环节;最后以某武器装置为对象对该系统进行实际应用,结果证明可以满足用户在装备维修训练领域的需求,可有效提高装备维修效率,为装备维修培训提供了新的可行方法。 In order to meet the demand of the army and military colleges for maintenance training of weapons and equipment, and in combination with the development status of virtual reality technology, system structure characteristics designed equipment maintenance training system based on virtual maintenance technology. The key technologies of 3D design, maintenance process design, collision detection and interaction mode are studied. The functions of role management, virtual maintenance demonstration and training, maintenance information recording and so on are realized, which include learning, training and evaluation. Finally, the system is applied to a weapon device. The results show that the system can meet the needs of users in the field of equipment maintenance training, effectively improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance, and provide a new feasible method for equipment maintenance training.
