摘要
目的:观察俯卧位护理在新生儿吸入性肺炎中的应用效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年5月至2020年6月谷城县人民医院收治的吸入性肺炎新生患儿22例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组11例。对照组给予常规护理,新生儿采用仰卧位,观察组给予常规护理,新生儿采用俯卧位,采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)比较2组患儿干预前后睡眠质量的改善情况,同时比较2组患儿的临床观察指标,包括咳嗽缓解时间、气促缓解时间、机械通气时间、住院时间等,比较2组患儿家属满意度。结果:护理干预后,观察组患儿PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组咳嗽缓解时间、气促缓解时间、机械通气时间、住院时间等指标均优于对照组,观察组患儿家属满意度显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在吸入性肺炎新生患儿护理过程中,采取俯卧位能够有效提高患儿的睡眠质量,改善各临床指标,提高患儿家属护理满意度,具有良好的应用价值。
Objective:To observe the effect of prone position nursing in neonates with aspiration pneumonia and its influence on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 22 newborn children with aspiration pneumonia admitted to Gucheng County People′s Hospital from May 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 11 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the newborns were in supine position,while the observation group was given routine nursing,and the newborns were in prone position.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the sleep quality improvement of the 2 groups before and after intervention,and the observation indexes of the 2 groups were compared.Including cough relief time,breathlessness relief time,mechanical ventilation time,hospital stay,etc.,the two groups of children′s family satisfaction was compared.Results:After nursing intervention,the observation group with PSQI score was significantly lower than the control group,the shortness of breath,cough relief time,mechanical ventilation,length of hospital stay in the observation group were superior than the control group,the observation group of families of children with satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing process of newborn children with aspiration pneumonia,the prone position can effectively improve the sleep quality of children,improve clinical indicators,improve the nursing satisfaction of children′s family members,and has good application value.
