摘要
主要研究了不同挤压温度下LA103Z镁锂合金的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明:LA103Z镁锂合金随着挤压温度的升高会发生动态再结晶过程,300℃挤压时,发生了完全的动态再结晶过程,形成等轴晶粒组织,随着挤压温度升高抗拉强度和屈服强度会降低,延伸率增加。260℃挤压的试样抗拉强度最高,300℃挤压的试样强度略低,但延伸率最高。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of LA103Z magnesium lithium alloy at different extrusion temperatures were studied. The results show that dynamic recrystallization of LA103Z magnesium lithium alloy occurs with the increase of extrusion temperature,At 300 ℃,a complete dynamic recrystallization process occurs and equiaxed grain structure is formed. With the increase of extrusion temperature,the tensile strength and yield strength decrease and the elongation increases. The sample has the highest tensile strength which was extruded at 260 ℃ and the best elongation which was extruded at 300 ℃. But the tensile strength of the sample extruded at 300 ℃ was slightly lower.
