摘要
用电化学工作站研究了铸态Mg-11Li-3Al-1Ca合金在3.5%Na Cl溶液中的腐蚀行为,利用扫描电镜观测腐蚀后的表面形貌,借助X射线衍射仪辅助分析了合金的腐蚀产物组成,通过失重法测试腐蚀速率变化。结果表明,Mg-11Li-3Al-1Ca合金在添加稀土元素Ce后,在试样表面形成更为复杂的[Mg(OH)_2,Ca(OH)_2,Al(OH)_3]腐蚀产物,从而使Mg-11Li-3Al-1Ca-1Ce合金的抗腐蚀性优于Mg-11Li-3Al-1Ca合金。
Corrosion behavior of as-cast Mg-11Li-3Al-1Ca magnesium alloy in 3.5% NaCl solution was studied by electrochemical workstation. Surface morphologies of the alloys after corrosion were observed by SEM, and the corrosion products were analyzed by XRD. Corrosion rate was determined by weight loss method. The results show that complex corrosion products of [Mg (OH)2, Ca (OH)2, Al (OH)3] form on the surface of Mg-11Li-3Al-1Ca alloy after adding the element Ce. As a result, the corrosion resistance of Mg-11Li-3Al-1Ca-1Ce alloy is better than that of Mg-11Li-3Al-1Ca alloy.
