摘要
目的:分析在孕产妇的引产中,子宫颈扩张球囊促宫颈成熟的应用效果。方法:选择2019年5月~2021年4月本院妇产科收治的52例需接受引产的孕产妇为对象,将其随机均分成对照组(n=26)及观察组(n=26),对照组接受药物引产,观察组孕产妇则需接受子宫颈扩张球囊促宫颈成熟引产,观察两组研究对象的并发症发生率,并分析两组的新生儿窒息率、阴道分娩率、宫颈评分等指标。结果:观察组孕产妇的并发症发生率低于对照组,且阴道分娩率更高,新生儿窒息率更低,宫颈评分等指标也优于对照组,观察组的产程时间短于对照组,观察组的出血量低于对照组,观察组的新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,相关数据比较后存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:针对孕41周以上及高危妊娠需终止妊娠的孕产妇,选择子宫颈扩张球囊促宫颈成熟方案的效果较好,该方案可行性较强。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of cervical dilatation balloon to promote cervical ripening in the induction of labor for pregnant women.Methods:52 cases of pregnant and lying-in women who were required to undergo labor induction were selected from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from May 2019 to April 2021 as subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group(n=26)and an observation group(n=26),the control group received drugs to induce labor,and the pregnant women in the observation group received cervical dilation balloons to promote cervical ripening to induce labor.The complication rates of the two groups were observed,and the neonatal asphyxia rate,vaginal delivery rate,cervical score and other indicators.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the rate of vaginal delivery was higher,the rate of neonatal asphyxia was lower,and indexes such as cervical scores were also better than those of the control group.The duration of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the amount of blood loss in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the neonatal Apgar score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.There were statistical differences after comparison of relevant data(P<0.05).Conclusion:For pregnant women above 41 weeks of gestation and high-risk pregnancies who need to terminate the pregnancy,the effect of choosing cervical dilatation balloon to promote cervical ripening is better,and the program is more feasible.
