摘要
目的探讨无痛胃肠镜在临床消化内科中的应用效果。方法本次研究选取2019年11月至2020年12月在我院消化内科进行胃肠镜检查的108例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法平均分成对照组(n=54,采取常规胃肠镜检查)和研究组(n=54,采取无痛胃肠镜检查),比较两组患者检查准确性、检查所用时间、VAS视觉模拟疼痛评分、临床指标(血氧饱和度、心率和血压)、不良反应发生率以及对检查的满意度。结果(1)两组患者检查准确率对比差异不明显(P>0.05)。(2)研究组患者检查所用时间明显比对照组要短、VAS评分结果和不良反应发生率明显比对照组要少,各项临床指标测量结果明显优于对照组,且对检查的满意度也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床消化内科诊治时,应用无痛胃肠镜检查可以显著提升患者的舒适度,使患者各项生命体征更为平稳,能保障检查顺利进行,且不良反应小,安全性高,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To discuss the clinical application effect of painless gastroenteroscopy in gastroenterology.Methods In this study,108 patients who underwent gastroenteroscopy in the department of gastroenterology of our hospital from November 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=54,routine gastroenteroscopy)and study group(n=54,painless gastroenteroscopy).The examination accuracy,examination time,VAS visual analog pain score,clinical indexes(blood oxygen saturation,heart rate and blood pressure)of the two groups were compared incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction with the examination.Results(1)There was no significant difference in the examination accuracy between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)The examination time of patients in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the VAS score and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly less than those in the control group,the measurement results of various clinical indexes were significantly better than those in the control group,and the satisfaction with the examination was also significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of painless gastroenteroscopy in clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastroenterology can significantly improve the comfort of patients,make the vital signs of patients more stable,ensure the smooth progress of examination,less adverse reactions and high safety,and has high clinical application value.
