摘要
目的评定无痛胃肠镜检查用于消化科疾病患者中的临床诊治意义。方法对本医院予以无痛胃肠镜检查的80例消化科疾病患者开展研究,选择时间是2016年2月—2018年11月,按照抽签法实行分组,每组40例,试验组采取无痛胃肠镜检查,对照组采取普通胃肠镜检查,对比两组指标。结果试验组检查后肾上腺素测定值、去甲肾上腺素测定值、皮质醇测定值低于对照组有关指标,两组数据之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组依从总计率高于对照组有关指标,两组数据之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对消化科疾病患者采取无痛胃肠镜检查存在重要临床诊治意义。
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases.Methods 80 patients with digestive diseases who were examined by painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in the hospital were selected from February 2016 to November 2018 as research objectives.They were divided into two groups according to the method of drawing lots,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group was examined by painless gastrointestinal endoscopy,and the control group was examined by ordinary gastrointestinal endoscopy.The indicates of two groups were compared.Results The adrenaline,norepinephrine and cortisol values of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total compliance rate of the experimental group was higher than those of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Painless gastrointestinal endoscopy has important clinical significance in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases.
