摘要
目的探讨加味当归补血汤联合百令胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月蒲城县医院收治的100例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予加味当归补血汤联合百令胶囊治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、肾功能指标、免疫功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的74.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的BUN、Scr、β2-MG水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的白细胞分化抗原3阳性(CD3^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4^(+))、白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD8^(+))、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均较治疗前升高,CD8^(+)均较治疗前降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组不良反应总发生率分别为14.00%、8.00%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加味当归补血汤联合百令胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的效果显著,可有效改善患者肾功能、免疫功能,且不增加不良反应,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To explore the effect of modified Danggui Buxue decoction combined with Bailing capsule in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted in the Pucheng County Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Danggui Buxue decoction combined with Bailing capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,renal function indexes,immune function indexes and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than 74.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr)andβ2-microglobulin(β2-MG)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of BUN,Scr andβ2-MG in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in cluster of differentiation 3 positive(CD3^(+)),cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4^(+)),cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD8^(+))and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,CD8^(+)was lower than that before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 14.00%and 8.00%respectively,there were no significant
