摘要
目的探究鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜手术治疗声带息肉(PVC)的有效性及对患者嗓音功能的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2021年1月在我院耳鼻喉科就诊的200例PVC患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同将其分为对照组(n=100,支撑喉镜手术治疗)和观察组(n=100,鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜手术治疗)。比较两组的临床疗效、嗓音功能[标准化噪声能量(NNE)、基频微扰(Jitter)、振幅微扰(Shimmer)]、急性时相蛋白[C反应蛋白(CRP)、α1-酸性糖蛋白(α1-AG)、铜蓝蛋白(CER)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、白蛋白(ALB)]水平、不良发应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后2周,两组患者的NNE、Jitter、Shimmer低于术前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后2周,观察组CRP、α1-AG、CER、β2-MG水平低于对照组,ALB水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜手术治疗PVC的效果显著,有利于促进患者嗓音功能早期恢复,改善预后,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To explore the efficacy of nasal endoscopy combined with support laryngoscope surgery in the treatment of polyp of vocal cord(PVC)and its influence on voice function of patients.Methods Two hundred PVC patients treated in the otolaryngology department of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes,the patients were divided into control group(n=100,supported laryngoscope surgery treatment)and observation group(n=100,nasal endoscopy combined with supported laryngoscope surgery treatment).The clinical efficacy,voice function[normalized noise energy(NNE),Jitter,Shimmer],acute phase protein[C-reactive protein(CRP),α1-acid glycoprotein(α1-AG),ceruloplasmin(CER),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),albumin(ALB)]levels,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 2 weeks after operation,NNE,Jitter and Shimmer in the two groups were lower than those before operation,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).At 2 weeks after operation,the levels of CRP,α1-AG,CER andβ2-MG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the ALB level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nasal endoscopy combined with supported laryngoscope surgery in the treatment of PVC has remarkable effect,which is conducive to promoting the early recovery of voice function,improving the prognosis and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions of patients.
