摘要
目的 通过meta分析评价玉屏风加减联合西药治疗过敏性结膜炎的疗效及安全性。方法 通过计算机检索VIP、SinoMed、WanFang data、CNKI、Embase、PubMed、The Cochrane Library等数据库,关键检索词:结膜炎、过敏性结膜炎、变应性结膜炎、变态反应性结膜炎、春季角结膜炎、玉屏风。搜索关于玉屏风加减联合西药治疗过敏性结膜炎的中英文文献。根据纳入和排除标准筛选文献,并对纳入的文献进行数据提取和质量评价,最后使用RevMan5.3软件对数据进行分析处理。结果 最终纳入7项研究,共610例研究对象。结果显示,与单纯西药治疗相比,玉屏风加减联合西药治疗过敏性结膜炎的总有效率更高(OR=4.36,95%CI:2.63~7.22,P<0.001),且复发率更低(OR=0.35,95%CI:0.17~0.72,P=0.004),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访期内试验组出现1例轻度腹泻的不良反应。结论 玉屏风加减联合西药治疗过敏性结膜炎比单纯西药治疗的有效率更高、复发率更低,提高了治疗效果。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yupingfeng combined with western medicine in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis by meta-analysis. Methods The following databases were searched: VIP, SinoMed, WanFang data, CNKI, Embase, PubMed, The Cochrane Library. The key search terms included conjunctivitis, allergic conjunctivitis, vernal keratoconjunctivitis, Yupingfeng. A search of Chinese and English literatures on Yupingfeng combined with western medicine for allergic conjunctivitis was performed. The literatures were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data extraction and quality evaluation were performed in included literatures.RevMan5.3 software was used to analyze the data. Results A total of 7 studies with 610 subjects were finally included.The results showed that compared with single use of western medicine, Yupingfeng combined with Western Medicine had higher total effective rate(OR=4.36, 95%CI:2.63-7.22, P<0.001) and lower recurrence rate(OR=0.35, 95%CI:0.17-0.72, P=0.004) in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). There was one adverse event of mild diarrhea in the experimental group during the follow-up period. Conclusion Yupingfeng combined with western medicine has higher response rate and lower recurrence rate than single use of western medicine in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis. It can improve the treatment outcome.
