摘要
职业本科教育具有四个基本特点:生产实践为逻辑起点的人才培养范式、专业水平和职业特长兼具的专业设置、知识+技能+创新的人才培养内容、与市场主体合作的“三全”育人机制。把优质高职院校的办学历史以及长期办学过程中的积淀与职业本科教育的这些特点相对照,发现依托优质高职院校举办职业本科教育具有必然性:优质高职院校的深厚办学底蕴奠定职业本科教育的发展基础,优质高职院校的人才培养范式契合职业本科教育的办学需求,优质高职院校的专业建设理念匹配职业本科教育的办学逻辑,优质高职院校的技能形成经验符合职业本科教育的办学规律,优质高职院校的市场合作机制有利于提高职业本科教育的办学效率。
Vocational undergraduate education has four basic characteristics:a talent training paradigm with production practice as the logical starting point,a specialty setting with both specialty level and professional expertise,“knowledge+skills+innovative”talent training contents,and three-wide education mechanism cooperation with market players.Comparing the school-running history and long-term accumulation of high-quality vocational colleges with these characteristics of vocational undergraduate education,it is found that relying on high-quality vocational colleges to hold vocational undergraduate education is inevitable:The profound school-running heritage of high-quality higher vocational colleges lays the foundation for the development of vocational undergraduate education.The talent training paradigm of high-quality vocational colleges meets the needs of vocational undergraduate education.The specialty construction concept of high-quality vocational colleges matches the school-running logic of vocational undergraduate education.The skill formation experience of high-quality vocational colleges conforms to the school-running rules of vocational undergraduate education.The market cooperation mechanism of high-quality vocational colleges is conducive to the efficiency of vocational undergraduate education.
