摘要
为探究超常女性群体媒介形象的变迁过程,采集了1978-2021年间中国科大少年班女生的新闻报道进行文本分析。结果显示,我国超常女性媒介形象经历了从展现天才到展现人才,从关注成绩到关注成长,从默默无闻到教育名片的变迁,变迁原因不仅与媒体自身发展有关,更与国家及大众对优质教育和人才的渴求、人才战略的引领,以及区域经济发展、重教文化深厚等因素紧密相关。启示:超常教育应继续紧贴时代需求,关注全方位人才培养,深化教育公平,引导大众认知,增加女性人才上升通道。
The news reports from 1978 to 2021 about girls at the School of the Gifted Young of USTC were collected and analyzed to explore the changing process of their media image. The results show that their media image has experienced changes from giftedness to talent, from achievements to growth, and from obscurity to an educational calling card. The development of media technology is one of the reasons for the change. The key factors include the desire for high quality education and talents of the country and the public, the guidance of human resource strategies, the development of regional economy, and the culture of valuing education profoundly. Implications: Gifted education should continue to meet the needs of the times, pay attention to all-round talent training, deepen the equity of education, guide the awareness of gifted education of the public, and increase the rising channels of gifted girls.
