摘要
针对现有矿山润滑方式的不足和缺陷,设计了一种适用于智能矿山的集中润滑系统。从总体设计、液压系统的设计以及电控系统三方面进行研究,并通过Touchwin的TP和PLC模拟实验进行可行性验证,该系统的性能能够满足智能化矿山的使用要求。
Aiming at the deficiencies and defects of existing mine lubrication methods, a centralized lubrication system for intelligent mine was designed. Studied from three aspects of general design,hydraulic system design and electronic control system, and through the Touchwin TP and PLC simulation experiment verified the feasibility. The performance of this system can meet the use requirement of intelligent mine.
