摘要
矿山机械设备工作条件苛刻,为改善设备状况,对矿山球磨机、过滤机等设备润滑进行改造实现在线润滑,精确可靠的设备在线维护系统能够为生产顺行提供保障,从而达到设备良好的日常维护,对于设备控制摩擦、降低磨损,延长运行周期、预防事故、降低备件损耗、提高设备完好率、节约能源起到了十分重要的作用,保证了设备的正常运转。
The working conditions of mining machinery and equipment are harsh.In order to improve the condition of the equipment,the ball mill,filter and other equipment lubrication in the mine are reformed to realize on-line lubrication.The accurate and reliable on-line maintenance system of the equipment can guarantee the smooth running of production,so as to achieve a good daily maintenance of equipment,for equipment control friction,reduce wear,extend the operating cycle,prevent accidents,reduce the loss of spare parts,improve the rate of equipment integrity,save energy plays a very important role,to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
