配电网柔性接地装置注入非工频小信号的接地故障检测与区段定位方法 被引量:13

Grounding Fault Detection and Section Location Method of Injecting Non Power Frequency Small Signal into Flexible Grounding Device of Distribution Network

摘要 为了解决现有配电自动化终端在配电网高阻接地故障稳态特征微弱感知困难与定位失效的问题,提出中性点柔性接地设备注入非工频信号的故障检测与区段定位方法。针对配电网永久性接地故障处置策略,通过柔性接地装置注入变压器向中性点注入非工频特征电流信号,利用配电网各馈线配电自动化终端获取特征频率电流幅值稳态量,构建基于故障区段与非故障区段的特征频率电流幅值区段定位判据,实现故障区段定位。为了增强故障检测与定位的抗过渡电阻与抗干扰能力,详细分析影响故障检测与定位的注入频域选取,制定中性点最优非工频信号注入频段。并在PSCAD仿真环境中搭建了配电网非工频信号注入的接地故障区段定位仿真模型,仿真结果表明该方法具有较强的抗过渡电阻能力,能对故障区段进行宽范围精准定位。 In order to solve the problem of weak sensing and location failure of existing distribution automation terminals in the steady-state characteristics of high resistance grounding fault in distribution network,a fault detection and section location method of injecting non power frequency signal into neutral flexible grounding equipment is proposed.According to the disposal strategy of permanent grounding fault in distribution network,the non power frequency characteristic current signal is injected into the neutral point through the flexible grounding device injection transformer,the steady-state quantity of characteristic frequency current amplitude is obtained by each feeder distribution automation terminal of distribution network,and the characteristic frequency current amplitude section positioning criterion based on fault section and non fault section is constructed to realize fault section location.In order to enhance the anti-transition resistance and anti-interference ability of fault detection and location,the selection of injection frequency domain affecting fault detection and location is analyzed in detail,and the optimal non power frequency signal injection frequency band of neutral point is formulated.The simulation model of grounding fault section location based on non power frequency signal injection in distribution network is built in PSCAD simulation environment.The simulation results show that this method has strong anti-transition resistance ability and can accurately locate the fault section in a wide range.
