摘要
单相接地故障是配电网亟待解决的问题,而新能源的大量接入又进一步增加了配电网故障选线的难度。为提高故障选线的准确性,文中另辟蹊径利用新能源发电装置来解决故障选线问题,提出一种基于注入特征信号的有源配电网故障选线方法。在发生单相故障情况时,改变接入配电网逆变器的调制策略,使得逆变器向配电网短时注入特征信号。借助配电网广泛分布的零序电流测量装置对零序电流分析,比较各测量点特征信号能量,确定故障路径,完成故障判别。建立出典型有源配电网仿真模型,分析了在不同接地电阻下的故障特征信息。仿真结果表明,相比于传统信号注入能量值法,新方法具有更好的能量测度,能有效地提高选线准确性。
Single-phase grounding fault has long been a problem in distributed network due to its random behavior and low magnitude.The access of new energy further increases the difficulty of fault selection in distribution network.This paper takes a new approach to solve the problem of fault line selection by using new energy power generation equipment,and proposes a fault line selection method for active distribution network based on injected characteristic signals.The inverter injected characteristic signals in a short time by changing the modulation strategy under fault circumstances.With the zerosequence current measurement device widely distributed in the distribution network,the zero-sequence current analysis is performed,and the characteristic signal energy of each measurement point is compared,thereby determining the fault path and completing the fault identification.A typical active distribution network simulation model is established,and the fault characteristics under different grounding resistances are analyzed.Compared with the traditional energy maxima method,it has better energy measurement and effectively improves the line selection effect.
