摘要
本文介绍了河南省境内长江流域“十年禁渔”工作成效,通过加强组织领导,建立健全工作机制、规范禁捕秩序等措施,加强长江禁捕监管力度,保护生态环境。
This paper introduced the effect of"ten years closed fishing"in the Yangtze River Basin in Henan Province.By strengthening the organization and leadership,establishing and improving the working mechanism,standardizating the closed fishing order and other measures to strengthen the supervision of the closed fishing in the Yangtze River and protect the ecological environment.
