精梳棉纱重定量工艺应用研究

摘要 探讨精梳棉纱重定量工艺应用问题。为了提高前纺设备的产能,根据设备条件和配棉质量以及产品结构和质量要求,对精梳棉细特纱品种系列进行了精梳条、并条和粗纱重定量工艺优化研究,并对前纺和细纱工序采取了相应的技术措施。实施前纺重定量工艺后,各纱线品种质量保持稳定甚至有所提高。认为:采用重定量工艺能够保持产品质量水平稳定提高,并利于提高前纺产量、节约机台和减少用工,降低生产成本。 Application of combed cotton yarn heavy weight per unit process was discussed.In order to improve production capacity of fore-spinning equipment,according to equipment condition and quality of cotton assorting,as well as product structure and quality requirement,optimization research of combed sliver,draw sliver and roving heavy weight per unit process were carried out for the combed cotton fine yarn.Corresponding technology measures were taken in fore-spinning and spinning process.After implementation of fore-spinning heavy weight per unit process,quality of each yarn variety remained stable or were improved.It is considered that the use of heavy weight per unit process can keep the product quality level steadily improved,which is conducive to increasing output of forespinning,saving machines,reducing labor and production cost.
