介绍了通过合理配棉以降低精梳纱生产成本的生产实践,优化各项工艺参数,使之高效合理,同时,采用中胶辊纺纯棉精梳纱,产品质量稳定在2001乌斯特公报25%水平以内。
In this article is introduced the practice in reducing the production cost of pure combed yam by suitably assorting cotton, optimizing processing parameters and using middle rubber covered roller to stabilize the product quality within the 25% level of 2001 Uster statistics.
