摘要
分析了毛羽形成的机理,并把成纱毛羽分为加捻毛羽和过程毛羽,进一步分析认为加捻毛羽受加捻三角区大小影响;过程毛羽除受钢领、钢丝圈、导纱钩、隔距板、导纱杆、张力盘、槽筒等纺纱器材影响外,还与回潮率、各种工艺速度、工艺条件有关。详细介绍了前、后纺各种纺纱器材的优选和工艺参数的优化,以及其他控制成纱毛羽的措施。
Forming philosophy is analyzed of fuzzy yarn. Fuzzy yarn can be divided into two groups, viz twisted fuzzy yarn and process fuzzy yarn. Further analysis finds out that twisted fuzzy yarn is dependent on the triangular section. Process fuzzy yarn is dependent on accessories such as ring plus traveller, guide wire, isolating plate, locker jack,tension disk and grooved drum. What＇s more, it is dependent on moisture regain, process velocity, and process condition. Introduction is made to the selection and optimization of accessories in fore process and rear process plus the specification as well as measures against fuzzy yarn.
