摘要 介绍了温度调节法基本原理及在卸载过程模拟中的分析流程和有限元处理方法,以悬臂梁单点卸载为例,再现了非线性支撑的卸载过程,然后以多点支撑梁卸载为例,模拟多点不同步卸载过程,并指出多点支撑梁卸载过程对临时支撑内力的影响。研究表明:将千斤顶等效为单个杆单元并与只受压单元串联,可较为真实地再现千斤顶卸载过程中的典型特征;非弹性支撑的卸载过程需考虑残余变形的影响;多点卸载过程中,部分临时支撑可能会出现千斤顶与结构支撑点脱开或再接触的情况;卸载顺序直接影响到临时支撑的受力,卸载期间的荷载重分布可能会导致部分临时支撑荷载明显增加,对其进行复核时需引起注意。 The basic principle of temperature regulation method,the analysis process and finite element treatment method in the simulation of unloading process are introduced.Taking the single point unloading of cantilever beam as an example,the unloading process of inelastic support is reproduced.Taking the unloading of multi-point support beam as an example,the multi-point asynchronous unloading process is simulated,and the influence of the unloading process of multi-point support beam on the internal force of temporary support is pointed out.The research shows that:the typical characteristics of jack unloading process can be truly reproduced by equivalent Jack to a single rod element and connected in series with only compression element;the influence of residual deformation should be considered in the unloading process of inelastic support;during multi-point unloading,some temporary supports may be separated or reconnected between the jack and the structural support point;the unloading sequence directly affects the stress of the temporary support;the load redistribution during unloading may lead to a significant increase in the load of some temporary supports,which should be paid attention to when rechecking.
