摘要
通过用千斤顶反力之和表征卸载上顶力、用支撑塔架顶部的下降量平均值表征卸载变形,提出了大跨度钢结构卸载施工的仿真计算方法。研究结果表明:该方法可以有效消除施工过程中各千斤顶的上顶量偏差、下降量偏差等多种因素的影响,便于实测值与理论计算值进行对比,为指导大跨度钢结构卸载施工提供了科学依据。
By using total reaction force of jack to denote the uplifting force, and the top average decrease of temporary supporting tower to denote sinking during unloading process, a simulation and calculation method of unloading process of long-span steel structures was proposed. The study results show that the method can effectively eliminate the effects of various factors, such as the deviation of uplifting and sinking amount of each jack, and he convenient for comparing the measured values with the theoretical calculation values. The method can provide scientific references for guiding unloading construction of long-span steel structures.
