摘要 水性涂料已成为绿色环保型涂料的一个重要发展方向。其中水性防腐涂料在钢结构、集装箱、工程机械、轨道交通、汽车零部件、机械设备、表面处理等领域发展迅速,但也遇到诸多问题。其中低温高湿环境下的闪锈问题已成为行业难题,如喷涂铸铁或焊缝基材,其闪锈问题更加突出。为更好地改善水性防腐涂料抗闪锈性能,本文从介绍闪锈原理入手,分析闪锈抑制的机理,同时对不同闪锈抑制剂在不同环境下抑制闪锈效果进行研究,以期为改善水性防腐涂料闪锈抑制性提供理论指导和技术支撑。 Waterborne coatings have become an important development direction of environmental protection coatings.Among them,waterborne anticorrosive coatings have developed rapidly in the fields of steel structure,freight container,engineering machinery,rail transportation,auto parts,equipment and surface treatment,etc.,However,many problems occur,such as the problem of flash rust at low temperature and high relative humidity environment which has become a tough issue,especially for cast iron and welding substrate wherein the problem is more challenging.In order to better improve anti-flash rust performance of waterborne coatings,this paper introduces the mechanism of flash rust and analyzes the mechanism of flash rust inhibition,meanwhile,investigates the effect of different flash rust inhibitors in different environments.It is expected to provide theoretical guidance and technical support for improving flash rust inhibition of waterborne anticorrosive coatings.
