摘要
基于长期实践经验、体会和思考,本文围绕国家社科基金项目申请书的论证,从写作的基本原则、实施过程和撰写策略等方面展开了论述。原则上,应从高处着眼、以“本子”为本、以评者为中心,练好科研论证必备技能。过程上,宜精心选题、揣摩范本、认真撰写、反复修订完善。总体策略上,需依提纲撰写、分清楚详略、扣得准主线、条目化呈现、尽可能概括、展示好功底,做到科学谋篇布局;重点内容上,要写好“引言”、做好综述、提炼好研究价值等,做到形神兼备、细节出彩,高质量完成项目论证写作。项目申报不可片面追求速成捷径,持续努力、久久为功才是根本之计。
National Social Science Foundation is the highest and most important research project in humanities and social sciences of China.This paper introduces relative application experience and understanding from three aspects,namely principles,process and skills.First,the applicants should look from a higher place,and pay high attention to the application report,peer experts and necessary ability.Secondly,they must work hard to select a perfect topic,learn from success,finish early and modify repeatedly.Then they should sufficiently present the guideline,logic,structure,value,research overview,key points and academic standards.
