摘要
评估数字经济对企业创新的作用及其作用机制,并细化企业创新需求差异对数字经济与企业创新关系的影响,尤其探讨企业创新需求,即要素密集度和行业竞争度对数字经济与企业创新关系的调节机制,以促进提升数字经济的创新激励效果。基于2011—2019年中国A股上市公司及其所属地级及以上市的数字经济数据,实证发现,数字经济可以促进企业创新,并表现在创新需求较高时,即对资本密集型和技术密集型企业以及行业竞争度较高的企业更显著;同时,数字经济不仅提高了企业创新的数量,而且提高了企业创新的质量。由此,提出加快推动数字经济发展,结合企业实际创新需求,为企业提供差异化数字化发展支持政策、数字化转型升级服务和提高政府扶持的门槛等建议。
This paper aims to evaluate the role of digital economy on enterprise innovation and its mechanism,and refines the impact of differences in corporate innovation needs on the relationship between digital economy and enterprise innovation,in particular,discusses the innovation needs of enterprises,that is,the moderating mechanism of factor density and industry competition intensity on the relationship between digital economy and enterprise innovation,so as to promote innovation incentive effect of digital economy.Based on the data of China’s A-share listed companies and the digital economy data of the prefecture-level and above cities where these companies are located from 2011to 2019,the paper empirically finds that digital economy can promote enterprise innovation,and this impact is mainly reflected in the enterprises with higher innovation demand,that is,it is more significant for capital-intensive and technology-intensive enterprises,as well as enterprises with higher industry competition intensity;at the same time,digital economy not only improves the quantity of enterprise innovation,but also improves the quality of enterprise innovation.Therefore,the paper suggests to accelerate the development of digital economy,provide enterprises with differentiated digital development support policies,digital transformation and upgrading services in combination with the actual innovation needs of enterprises,and raise the threshold of government support.
