摘要
数字经济时代背景下,企业数字化转型成为微观经济主体实施创新驱动发展战略的重要途径。以2013—2021年我国A股上市公司为样本,研究数字化转型对企业创新水平的影响以及质押资金外部投向下股权质押对二者关系的调节作用。研究发现:(1)数字化转型有利于提高企业创新投入水平;(2)质押资金外部投向下股权质押会削弱数字化转型与企业创新之间的正相关关系;(3)数字化转型对企业创新投入的促进作用以及质押资金外部投向下股权质押对两者的调节作用在东部地区企业和高科技企业中更显著。(4)企业数字化转型对创新投入的积极作用可以促进创新成果的产出,其促进效应对高质量创新的产出有正向影响。最后,在研究结论的基础上,从企业、政府、监管部门角度提出了相关建议。
In the context of digital economy,digital transformation of enterprises has become an important way for microeconomic entities to implement innovation-driven development strategies.Based on the research samples of China's A-share listed companies from 2013-2021,this paper examines the effect of digital transformation on enterprise innovation levels and the moderating effect of equity pledge on the relationship between the two under the external investment of pledged funds.The results show that:(1)Digital transformation is conducive to increasing the level of corporate innovation investment.(2)Equity pledge weakens the positive correlation between digital transformation and corporate innovation in the case that the pledged funds are invested outside.(3)Both the promotion effect of digital transformation on enterprise innovation investment and the moderating effect of equity pledge on the two under the condition of external investment of pledged funds are more significant among enterprises in the eastern regions and high-tech industries.(4)The innovation input of digital transformation in an enterprise can also promote the output of innovation,which has a positive effect on the output of high-quality innovation.Finally,based on the research conclusions,relevant suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of enterprises,the government and regulators.
