摘要
自20世纪初以来,丝路沿线各类文书相继出土,专类、专题的整理与研究工作陆续展开。医药类文献作为其中主要内容之一,受到学界的重视。但在以往与敦煌学相关的学术会议中,丝路医药研究占比和影响均较小。2021年10月15日至19日在敦煌莫高窟举办的“敦煌医学与丝路文化学术论坛”将西北出土的医药文献置于丝路文化交流的大背景下,以专题的形式呈现,其内容涵盖敦煌与丝路医学文献整理、研究与实践,丝路医学与对外关系交流以及疫病史的研究与思考,既涉及隐没于其他文献中的医学资料,也涉及病名、药名等医学术语的名实演变,依物言事,以词见史。同时,某些研究引入数据分析法,强调医药文献整理中文理、医理并重的原则。此次论坛无论是深度还是广度,均超出以往同类会议,体现了丝路医药文化在敦煌学、中外交流史研究中的独特地位与意义。
Since the early 20th century, literature on various fields has been unearthed along the Silk Road. And the classification and research of the literature have been carried out accordingly. As an important part, medical literature has received widespread attention. In the past academic conferences related to Dunhuang Study, the researches on medicine of the Silk Road have small proportion and limited influence. Forum for Dunhuang Medicine & Silk Road Culture was held in Mogao Grottoes of Dunhuang between October 15 and 19, 2021. It presented researches on the medical literature unearthed from the northwest in the context of cultural exchanges along the Silk Road. The topics include the collation, research and practice of Dunhuang and Silk Road medical literature, foreign exchange of the Silk Road medicine, as well as the research and thinking on the history of epidemic diseases. The researches also involve the medical data in other literature, and the evolution of medical terms. These researches discuss historical events based on facts, and learn history based on terms. In addition, the method of data analysis is adopted by some researches to emphasize the principle of putting equal emphasis on literature and medical theory in the collation of medical literature. Compared with previous related meetings, this forum presents more topics and deeper researches and reflects the unique significance of the Silk Road medical culture in Dunhuang Study and in researches on the history of Sino-foreign exchanges.
