摘要
目的了解云南省疾控人员对新型冠状病毒疫苗(新冠疫苗)的知晓现状和接种意愿及影响因素,为提高该人群新冠疫苗知晓及接种意愿,同时为相关部门制定新冠疫苗接种计划和具体实施方案提供参考依据。方法于2020年12月23日14:30—12月28日14:30采用问卷星基于互联网向云南省疾控人员发放新冠疫苗的知晓现状和接种意愿调查问卷,严格筛选符合研究的问卷进行统计分析。结果416名云南省疾控人员对新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)和新冠疫苗基本知识的知晓平均得分为(24.39±3.85)分,知晓率为91.35%,83.65%的云南省疾控人员表示愿意接种新冠疫苗,工作年限和单位级别与云南省疾控人员新冠疫苗接种意愿相关(OR=2.33,95%CI:1.33~4.07;OR=26.57,95%CI:2.84~248.90)。结论云南省疾控人员新冠肺炎和新冠疫苗基本知识知晓率较高,但部分知识的认识尚待提高,疫苗接种意愿总体较高。建议相关部门扩大新冠疫苗的科普宣传,同时加强疫苗的流通和接种监管,确保疫苗在云南省安全有效推广。
Objective To understand the current awareness and willingness to vaccinate and factors influencing 2019-nCoV vaccine(2019-nCoV vaccine)in CDC worker from Yunnan,to provide a reference basis for improving the awareness and willingness to vaccinate of the population,and to provide a reference base for competent authority to formulate the vaccination plan and specific implementation plan of 2019-nCoV vaccine.Methods The questionnaires for situation of wareness and willingness to vaccinate were distributed to Yunnan Provincial CDC worked based on the Internet platform wjx.cn from 14:30,December 23 to 14:30,December 28,2020,and the questionnaires were strictly selected for statistical analysis.Results The mean knowledge score of 416 Yunnan Provincial CDC workers about COVID-2019 and 2019-nCoV vaccine was(24.39±3.85)with a awareness rate of 91.35%,83.65%of Yunnan Provincial CDC workers expressed willingness to receive 2019-nCoV vaccine,and working years and employer level were associated with the willingness of Yunnan Provincial CDC workers to receive 2019-nCoV vaccine(OR=2.33,95%CI:1.33-4.07;OR=26.57,95%CI:2.84-248.90).Conclusion The basic knowledge awareness rate of COVID-2019 and 2019-nCoV vaccine among CDC workers in Yunnan Province is high,but the awareness for some knowledge remains being improved,and the willingness to vaccinate is generally high.Competent authorities are advised to expand the science popularization for 2019-nCoV vaccine,and tighten the regulatory mechanism for vaccine distribution and vaccination to secure the safe and effective promotion of the vaccine in Yunnan.
