核电机组热静力疏水器应用分析及技术改进

摘要 本文针对百万千瓦级核电机组主蒸汽管道疏水回路频发疏水液位高报警问题进行分析,从疏水器的工作原理着手,结合疏水器的工作环境、使用工况,以及机组运行方式,多角度全方案剖析疏水器工作过程,锁定疏水回路双金属片热静力式疏水器在使用中发生的频繁堵塞、疏水不畅的故障原因。依据试验数据,针对性的提出了准确调整疏水器灵敏度、改进检修工艺、设备可靠性管理等改进方案,并有效落实,对热静力式疏水器的设计及实际使用具有一定的指导意义。 This paper analyzes the problem of frequent high-level alarms in the system circuit of the main steam pipeline of a million-kilowatt nuclear power unit. Starting from the working principle of the steam trap, and combined with the operating environment,conditions and mode, the working process of the steam trap is analyzed from multiple perspectives, and the causes of frequent blockage and poor drainage of the bimetallic sheet thermostatic steam trap in the drainage loop during operation are determined. Based on the test data, targeted improvement schemes, such as the accurate adjustment of the steam trap sensitivity, the improvement of the maintenance process, and the equipment reliability management, are proposed and implemented effectively. Our experience can benefit the design and practical use of the thermostatic steam trap.
