摘要
随着国产百万千瓦级压水堆核电机组数的增多,研究配套凝汽器真空泵运行特性,提高其可靠性具有重要意义。以某核电机组配套某型双级水环式真空泵为研究对象,历史运行数据分析表明其抽吸能力满足设计要求和机组运行需求。该型真空泵运行时容易诱发异常振动,根据振动理论、真空泵工作原理和真空泵结构特点等诊断为空化所致;空化时振动特征明显:垂直向振动幅值明显高于水平向的;第二级泵腔振动幅度比第一级的更剧烈;振动分量均以叶片通过频率为主,第二级叶片通过频率分量往往高于第一级的。工程实践表明通过补气回路及时补气,改善板式换热器换热能力等措施可有效缓解该型真空泵空化。
With the increase of million kilowatt class PWR nuclear power units, it is of great significance to study the operation characteristics of the condenser vacuum pump and improve its reliability. Taking a certain type of double-stage water ring vacuum pump for a nuclear power unit as the research object, the analysis of historical operation data shows that its suction capacity meets the design requirements and unit operation requirements. This type of vacuum pump is easy to induce abnormal vibration during operation, which is diagnosed as cavitation based on vibration theory, working principle of vacuum pump and structural characteristics of vacuum pump. The vibration characteristics of cavitation are obvious: the vertical vibration amplitude is significantly higher than the horizontal vibration amplitude;the vibration amplitude of the second stage pump chamber is more severe than that of the first stage;the vibration components are mainly the blade passing frequency, and the second stage blade passing frequency is often higher than that of the first level. The engineering practice shows that the cavitation of the vacuum pump can be effectively alleviated by timely air supplying from the air supply circuit and improving the heat transfer capacity of the plate heat exchanger.
