摘要
某核电厂大修检查时发现凝汽器真空系统中的水环式真空泵叶轮及锥体存在不同程度的汽蚀,分析真空泵的材质和其周围运行环境,得出汽蚀原因是由于密封液温度较高引起。本文针对水环式真空泵的汽蚀问题作出一些探讨,提出了一些行之有效的诊断思路及预防措施。
Different degrees of cavitation was found on the impeller and pyramisfor a nuclear power plant. Considering the material of vacuum pump and operation environment, the cavitation was caused by the higher temperature of sealing liquid. The effective diagnosis thinking and precaution measure were proposed for the problem of cavitation.
