摘要
目的研究古钩藤的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、ODS、MCI、制备高效液相等色谱和重结晶等方法进行分离和纯化,对分得的单体化合物根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果从古钩藤中分离并鉴定了16个化合物,分别为咖啡酸乙酯(1)、豆甾醇(2)、germanicol docosanoate(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、羽扇豆醇(5)、正十五烷酸(6)、β-胡萝卜苷(7)、3-乙酰氧基齐墩果酸(8)、β-乳香酸(9)、熊果酸(10)、4-羟基香豆素(11)(11)、水杨酸(12)、隐绿原酸(13)、绿原酸(14)、新绿原酸(15)、咖啡酸(16)、异绿原酸A(17)、异绿原酸C(18)。结论化合物1-18均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Cryptolepis buchnaii Roem.et Schult.Methods The chemical constituents were separated from Cryptolepis buchnaii Roem.et Schult.and purified by silica gel,ODS,MCI,pre-HPLC chromatography and recrystallization.Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results Sixteen compounds were isolated from Cryptolepis buchnaii Roem.et Schult.and their structures were identified as caffeic acid ethyl ester(1),stigmasterol(2),germanicol docosanoate(3),βsitosterol(4),lupeol(5),n.pentadecanoic acid(6),β-daucosterol(7),3-acetoxyoleanolic acid(8),β-boswellic acid(9),ursolicacid(10),4-hydroxycoumarin(11),salicylicacid(12),crptochlorogenic acid(13),chlorogenic acid(14),neochlorogenic acid(15),caffeic acid(16),isochlorogenic acid A(17),and isochlorogenic acid C(18).Conclusion Compounds 1-18 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
